My mission is to empower you with knowledge about food and nutrition and how this can achieve improved physical and mental health benefits.
I will work with you to learn to trust your body again and relearn to know when to eat, eat enough and to move towards having food freedom to help reduce feelings of guilt and shame.

I am a seasoned public speaker and love spreading the word about appreciating the body you are in. I offer workshops and presentations for professionals, peers, and the public on a range of topics.
Dr Nikki Cummings is a Clinical Dietitian in South Fremantle. She offers nutritional assessment and treatment in-person or via telehealth for adults and teenagers experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns along with supervision for health professionals and public speaking services.
